1、Deret德莱特库板产品的质保期为3年，自客户收货之日起计算，逾期我方不再承担质量保证责任；
2、在产品质保期内，发生与Deret德莱特产品质量有关的问题，由我公司负责修理或更换质量有瑕疵的产品，客户无需承担任何费用；
3、在产品质保期内，如发生非我公司及产品本身原因的损坏，我公司将积极配合客户维修处理，并适当收取维修费用；
4、超过质保期的Deret德莱特产品，我公司仍将承担维修、保养服务，根据具体情况收取适当维修费用。
